Growling Flowers has researched other fabrics and other means of manufacturing and found that we were unhappy with the quality of products made overseas. We were also VERY unhappy with Micro fibers, polyesters, polyblends. Micro fibers and other synthetic fabrics wear unevenly, leaving faded patches, pilled fabric (those little balls that occur on clothing you wear a lot) and most of all change color when perspiration comes in contact with the fabric. We want Growling Flowers and Rico Chest clothing to be worn by our customers for years, so we keep the quality high by producing the garments in-house and using the finest 100% cotton fabrics available.
